Data collected

If you fill in the “Join the bootstrap” form: your email address and the role or roles you tick. Nothing else.

The website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Typefaces are served by our own server: displaying a page sends no request to any third party.

Purpose and legal basis

Your address is only used to notify you when the bootstrap opens and about the steps that concern you. Processing is based on your consent, which you confirm through the link sent by email and may withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Only the team running Tokenhood at Kosmio has access to the list. It is hosted by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the emails on our behalf from servers located in the European Union. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (France). No data is sold or transferred.

Retention

Until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after our last exchange. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Technical logs

The website keeps no visit log. Only server errors are logged, for diagnosis; they may contain the IP address of the request involved.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to contact@kosm.io. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: https://www.cnil.fr.
